This segment of Cold Chain represents the movement of the bulk of Pharmaceutical products such as Capsules, Tablet’s, Injectable’s.

These products have traditionally moved in ambient conditions owning to lack of Cold Chain infrastructure in India.

Owing to the regulatory pressures by the Government and external agencies and due to the increasing variation in temperatures across the country, Pharmaceutical companies have started gearing up for moving these goods in the + 15 to 25*c range As a first, the companies converted their existing husband CFA’s to enable effective storage of these products in the above range.

A few MNC companies took the lead in moving these products by road by Cool Change in the Primary distribution space.

Kool-ex started the movement in Dedicated Vans and Milk runs for these companies in early 2016.

It will now launch the same services in Express parcel mode from 1 August 2017 across India. This service will be at a highly affordable price and will help the industry reach across the country through a world class infrastructure.
